We keep things intentionally small so we can give every creator the support they actually need. No content mills. No rushing through edits. Just thoughtful collaboration, one creator at a time.

What sets us apart?

When we start working together, every client is assigned a lead editor. If, for whatever reason, your lead editor is unable to complete an edit - we have internal style guides and processes in place for another editor to take up the slack. This is all handled internally (you shouldn’t even notice).
No more worrying about chasing freelancers! -
Our excellence as a company comes from the combined knowledge of our team. Every edit goes through a round of internal revisions before it even hits your inbox. This greatly reduces the total # of revisions, saving time for both the editor and you, the client! This internal round is not counted as one of the two included rounds of revisions!

All of our clients have the option to schedule quarterly meetings with their lead editor for a complimentary 1 hour call. We think it’s important to sit down and chat about how things have been going, how we can improve our process on both sides, ideas to try out over the next couple months.. Whatever! Having these meetings really helps make sure we’re all on the same page and builds trust as a team.

Deadline expectations + general file organization will be established before getting started.
3️⃣ Match with an editor
You will be matched with an editor who is the best fit for you content style / workflow.
4️⃣ Internal Review
Every video goes through a complimentary round of internal revisions by all the editors on our team before it hits your inbox!
5️⃣ Final Delivery + Revisions
You’ll receive your edit via Frame.io, with two rounds of revisions included for every video, as well as the final project file & assets so you can put your final touches.
